Are the programs available across Canada?
Yes. Online delivery allows participants from different Canadian provinces and territories to access the programs remotely. Whether you are in Ontario, British Columbia, Alberta, Quebec, Manitoba, Saskatchewan, Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, Newfoundland and Labrador, Prince Edward Island, or any of the territories, you can participate in our coaching education programs from the comfort of your own location.
Do I need previous coaching experience?
No. Many programs are designed for beginners and explain each topic step by step. Our Personal Growth Foundations course, for example, is specifically created as an introductory program for adults who are new to structured personal development education. Each program provides clear instructions, learning objectives, and practical exercises suitable for various experience levels.
How long do the programs last?
Programs usually range from six to twelve weeks depending on the selected course and learning format. For example, our Communication Skills Coaching and Productivity & Goal Planning courses are each 6 weeks, while the Personal Growth Foundations and Career Development Education programs run for 8 weeks. The Leadership Development Program lasts 10 weeks, and the Confidence & Self-Management Training is our most comprehensive program at 12 weeks.
What equipment do I need?
